dear customer, i’d like to tell you a bit about us and what we do:
kill2birds was just an idea a couple of months ago. Building on our entertainment company, we decided to try something new and that something was a combination of my love of graphic design and fashion.
i had the idea for kill2birds because of the saying, “kill two birds with one stone”, but i thought why does it always have to be a stone? i drew up a little cartoon of two birds being smacked by a shovel and i realized that maybe i’d found something here.
i’d have to say the hardest part of coming up with new graphics for the tshirt is thinking of different weapons with which to kill my little birdies. some that i’m still working on include shovels, poison, a fan, scissors, and many many more. i’m always interested in hearing new ideas, so if you have an original idea about where my birdies could die, you can email me at weneedmerch@gmail.com.
we try to keep prices as low as possible, because in reality, we’re not really doing this for the money. i can think of a hundred ways to earn money, but i’d rather earn less money doing more things that i love than earn more money doing one thing that i hate.
right now, kill2birds is located out of toronto, on. we’ve been working on this now for a couple of months, but i’ve been putting stuff on tshirts for about a year now. the shop is pretty new and pretty rough, but hopefully if we get enough people interested in our stuff, we can get a better shop.
